Hoshimi Miyabi triggers Anomaly by using a charged 3-stage basic attack and enhanced special moves, dealing a【Frost Anomaly】, then switches to other DPS characters to perform Anomaly Buildup until Attribute Anomaly Disorder is triggered, then switches back to Hoshimi Miyabi to continue output, repeating this cycle.

Hoshimi Miyabi is a Frost attribute Anomaly Agent. She primarily deals Frost DMG through Hold Basic Attacks. Although Hoshimi Miyabi is an Anomaly Agent, most of her damage comes from direct damage rather than Anomaly damage.
Perhaps due to the mechanism, for example, Hoshimi Miyabi's Blazing Frost Anomaly Buildup is very fast, mainly because she can increase Frost Anomaly Buildup based on her crit rate.
